Project engagements
Any software development, design or consulting work is governed by the separate proposal, statement of work or contract agreed directly between PRS CloudTech and the client for that engagement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in a project contract, source code and other deliverables produced for a client become the client's property once the engagement is paid in full. Pre-existing tools, libraries and internal frameworks used to build a deliverable remain the property of PRS CloudTech or their respective owners.
